It is not possible to be physically and emotionally healthy if you do not get enough sleep. Most people need 7-8 hours of sleep a night. I consider insomnia to be an emergency. Many people believe that insomnia cannot be cured. They even resort to pharmaceuticals to get to sleep. These drugs have many side effects, but I do understand the desperation to get to sleep. There are many natural options to get to sleep.

Acupuncture often improves sleep in the first few treatments. It will take a little time to resolve the root cause of insomnia, but there is no reason to continue to suffer. It is a very treatable disease.
